Change Jira project status configuration

Any requires the affected projects to be reimported to Socratic. Here are the steps:

  1. Archive in Socratic any epics that are part of the affected project.

    1. Select Epics in the left-hand nav.

    2. Optionally use the filter in the upper-right of the epics page, and filter to see only epics in the affected project.

    3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the relevant epics, and choose Archive.

  2. If the now-archived epics were part of a Socratic plan, remove them from the plan:

    1. Select Plans, then open the affected plan.

    2. Click the ellipsis icon next to any now-archived epic, and choose Remove from plan.

  3. Archive in Socratic the affected project(s).

    1. Select Connected Projects in the left-hand nav.

    2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the affected project, and choose Archive.

  4. Reimport the project from Jira, following .

  5. Once re-import is complete, you may re-add the project's epics to any plan in Socratic.
